- 본 발명은 네크워크 구조를 갖는 코팅된 cnt필름을 반도체 층으로 제조된 cnt트랜지스터의 전하 이동도 및 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 서로 다른 직경을 지닌 두 가지 종류의 반도체 cnt를 용액상태로 두 번의 코팅을 통해서 적층하여 높은 이동도와 전류점멸비를 갖는 cnt트랜지스터를 제공하는데 있다.
