- Abstract
- 신선도 휘발성 염기질소(VBN) 가스지시계가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신선도 휘발성 염기질소(VBN) 가스지시계는 식품의 저장 중 발생하는 휘발성 염기질소(VBN)을 감지하는 gas sensor, 상단부에는 laminating film을 이용해 외부환경으로부터 gas sensor를 보호하고 하단부에는 식품 저장 중 발생하는 수분이나 이물질을 막고 가스는 잘 투과하여 지시계의 정확도를 높이는 hydro gas permeable membrane, 그리고 최하단부에는 포장용기에 가스지시계 부착시 접착력을 제공해 줄 수 있는 Double-sided tape이 포함 및 제공된다.
