- 본 발명은 초고주파 대역 (0.3G~300GHz)에서 동작하는 라디오미터를 이용하여 산불을 조기 감시하는 산불 감시 시스템을 구현하고자 할 때, 수직편파와 수직편파 양신호를 수신할 수 있는 라디오미터를 구현함으로써 안테나의 입사각 (incident angle, θ)에 따라서 지면의 방사율 (emissivity) 변화 및 인공 구조물에 의한 안테나수신 밝기온도의 변화에 의해서 야기되는 수신 신호크기의 변화를 수직편파와 수평편파에 대한 신호를 수신하여 간단한 신호처리를 (일례로 평균)을 취함으로써 오탐율을 개선할 수 있는 기술이다.
