- Abstract
- 기존의 DAC 는 voltage steering type(VST) 과 current steering type(CST) 으로 나누어 진다. VST 는 속도는 느리지만, fullw swing 이 가능하고 CST 는 속도는 빠르지만 full swing 이 상당히 어렵다. 따라서 CST 이면서 full swing 이 가능하도록 하는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 특허에서는 CST 이면서도 full swing 이 가능한 DAC 를 제안한다.
