3단계의 가공과정을 거치면 특별한 균주를 사용하거나 외부에서 특정물질을 투입하지 않고서도 디올계 진세노사이드 Ra1, Rb3 등을 희유 Rg3, Ck 등으로 전환시켜 희유 진세노사이드의 함량을 10배 이상 향상시킴
