- 본 발명은 alginate를 이용한 고정화 균이 미생물형 TTI의 substrate medium 구성물에 적합한지 미생물의 생육과 metabolism에 의한 pH 저하에 따른 지시약 색 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 측정하고, 농도에 따른 bead 크기의 차이와 그로 인한 substrate medium의 inactination 성질과 재수화 성질, wettability 성질을 분석하여 새로운 미생물형 시간-온도 이력 지시계를 개발하는 내용이다.
