Abstract
The vehicle anti-collision warning system is composed of a driving environment recognition subsystem and a safety state discrimination subsystem, which is used to improve the active safety performance of the vehicle. This paper studies the anti-collision warning system for two driving scenarios on urban roads (low speed) and expressways (high speed), and compares the anti-collision braking simulation effects of on-board sensors and vehicle to vehicle (V2V) technology. The simulation results show that the LTE-V2V technology can effectively increase the distance to the vehicle in front in the case of an emergency braking by the vehicle in front.
