- Abstract
- 본고의 목적은 로힝야족 난민 문제의 현황과 원인을 살펴보고, 이들을 포함한 이질적 문화권의 난민들이 거주국에서 한 인간으로서 현지인들과 공존할 수 있는 효과적인 난민 적응 교육 프로그램 개발 방향을 논의하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 이슬람 문화권의 난민을 대표하는 로힝야족의 참상을 살펴보고, 이슬람 문화권 난민들에게 익숙한 수피의례를 활용하여 적응을 돕는 난민 적응 기초 교육 프로그램 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 현재 난민을 대상으로 하는 적응 교육프로그램에 대한 연구는 한국어, 한국문화 영역에 국한되어 있고, 문화상대성을 존중하는 수행 차원에서의 교육 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 이 연구는 이슬람 문화권의 난민이 언어문화 적응 이전에 개인 심신의 안정화를 도모함으로써 현지 적응을 돕는 기초적인 선행 적응 교육 프로그램 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 나름의 의미를 갖는다.
