- Abstract
- 본 연구는 R&D 중소기업을 대상으로 기업가지향성과 전략적지향성이 기업의 전략적 제 휴관리역량에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 다음으로 제휴관리역량이 제휴성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 특히 제휴관리역량과 제휴성과간의 관계에서 R&D 산업의 경쟁강도의 조절효 과를 검증하고자 하였다. 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 이를 위해 204개 의 중소기업을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 회귀분석을 통한 가설검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 기업가지향성과 기술지향성은 제휴관리역량에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것 으로 확인되었으며, 제휴관리역량은 제휴성과를 높이는 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, R&D 산업의 경쟁강도는 제휴관리역량과 제휴성과와의 관계에서 유의적인 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
