| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는「경찰공무원 임용령」제16조 제4학과 별표 1의2에 제시된 경찰행정 전공자에 대한 경력경쟁채용 시험응시 자격기준의 형해화(形骸化)문제를 해소하기 위한 방안 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 경감이상 총경이하 경찰관리자, 비전공 수험생, 경찰행정 전공자 등 총 3개 집단 1214명을 대상으로 경행경채 채용제도 및 응시자격기준에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 첫째, 현행 전공교과목 45학점 이수기준의 상향조정하여 보다 전문적인 인재의 유입이 필요하다는 인식이 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공교과목은 필수과목과 선택과목을 구분하여 최소 자질을 확보할 수 있는 장치의 마련이 요구되었다. 이 연구에서는 이와 관련하여 경찰학, 경찰윤리, 경찰수사론, 생활안전론, 체포술, 범죄학, 범죄예방론, 범죄심리학, 형법, 형사소송법 등을 필수과목을 제안한다. 셋째, 대학의 전공교과 운영과 경찰채용제도 양자의 기본적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 절충안으로서 표준교과과정 및 졸업인증제도의 도입에 대해서도 모든 집단이 긍정하는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 표준교과과정의 수립절차는 관련 전공교육자 및 경찰실무자의 충분한 협의가 전제되어야 할 것이다. | - |
