Abstract

This paper is on the demand forecast, architecture design, economic validity, financial feasibily and political feasibility analysis of the Public Rental Housing as a methodological approach for the feasibility study. An empirical methodology is also suggested which implied at the feasibility studies of ○○ Goon military rental housing project. The feasibility studies of ○○ Goon military rental housing project is analysed according to the procedures of the feasibility studies such as market analysis, demand forecast, architecture design, cost estimation, benefit estimation, economic validity, financial feasibily and political feasibility analysis. Low-income group is only considered at the demand forecast for the public rental housing project even though there are supply policies of rental housing for the various income groups. This research suggests the problems and countermeasures for the economic and financial feasibility studies of rental housing.
