- Abstract
- 본 연구는 저소득 청년의 자활 경로를 탐구하는 것을 목적으로, 선행연구를 바탕으로 고용장벽에 대한 인지, 고용희망, 진로준비행동, 경제적 자활 간의 관계에 대한 이론 모델을 설정하였다. 국민기초생활보장제도 상의 생계급여 수급 저소득 청년 722명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 고용장벽에 대한 인지가 고용희망과 진로준비행동을 매개로 경제적 자활에 영향을 미치는 이론 모델을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 고용장벽에 대한 인지와 경제적 자활 간의 관계에서 고용희망과 진로준비행동이 완전 매개 효과를 가짐을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 저소득 청년이 안정적인 일자리를 통해 경제적 자활을 성취하기 위해서는 고용장벽에 대한 인지와 고용희망과 같은 정서적 요소와 재정적 목표와 관련하여 이를 이루기 위한 행동의 수반이 선행되어야함을 제안한다. 연구 결과로부터 점차 불안정해져가는 노동 시장에서 저소득 청년들이 경제적 안정을 성취하기 위한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제안한다.
