- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대화형 AI 서비스 이용자의 상호작용성 지각이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향, 성과기대와 노력기대의 매개효과 및 플로우 경험의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 2025년 9월 2주간 대화형 AI 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 성인 사용자 306명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.2를 활용하여 회귀분석, 매개효과 분석, 조절효과 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 상호작용성은 성과기대와 노력기대 모두에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 성과기대는 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 상호작용성과 지속사용의도 간 관계에서 성과기대만이 유의한 매개효과를 보였고, 노력기대의 매개효과는 확인되지 않았다. 셋째, 성과기대와 지속사용의도 간 관계에서 플로우 경험의 조절효과 및 조절된 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 대화형 AI 서비스의 지속사용의도가 몰입 경험보다 성과에 대한 인지적 평가를 통해 형성됨을 시사하며, 상호작용성과 성과기대를 중심으로 한 서비스 설계 및 운영 전략의 중요성을 강조한다.
