- 발신자를 구분하여 그에 따라 부재중 메세지를 선택하여 서비스 할 수 있는 방법이다. 제 1 단계에서는 발신자를 그룹으로 묶는다. 제 2 단계에서는 발신자 단독 또는 1단계의 그룹에 대해 전화를 받을 수 없는 상태일 때 사용할 음악, 텍스트, 녹음된 음성, 이미지, 동영상, 멀티미디어 등을 지정한다. 제 3 단계에서는 발신자가 전화를 걸 때 수산자가 전화를 받을 수 없는 상태일 때 2단계에서 지정된 부재중 메세지를 사용한다.
