| dc.description.abstract | 1. Novel cudraisoflavone J analogs were designed and synthesized. 2. Compounds 13m and 24 extensively inhibited 6-OHDA- and rotenone-induced cell death. 3, 13m and 24 increased expression levels of HO-1 and Nrf2. 4. Nrf2/HO-1 pathway is mediated by phosphorylated ERK1/2, JNK, and Akt in PC12 cells. 5. 13m and 24 may be promising therapeutic candidates to prevent and/or treat PD. | - |
