- Abstract
- 노화와 동반된 피부색소변화 중 기미와 검버섯은 흔한 질환인데 이들의 발생에 관여하는 원인이나 기전을 불명확하므로 이를 규명하기 위하여 각 질환을 지닌 환자들의 정상부와 병변부 조직을 생검하여 microarray 비교분석을 시행하였고 두 질환 모두에서 공통으로 발현이 유의하게 증가되는 유전자를 발굴하여 환자의 조직에서 검증을 하였고 멜라닌생성과 각질형성세포 분화에 관여한다는 결과를 얻었다.
