- 본 발명은 혈관내피유도인자 (vasculoendothelial growth factor, VEGF)와 골형성단백질 2 (bone morphiogenetic protein : BMP2)의 유전자가 각각 비바이러스 재조합 벡터를 통해 전기천공법으로 이입된 최적 비율의 지방줄기세포치료제를 개발하여 빠른 혈관형성과 골형성을 이루어 대퇴골두 무혈성괴사 및 골의 큰 결손을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있는 세포치료기술을 개발함.
