- 본 발명은 물질의 농도, 온도, 압력등을 조절하여 절연, 준금속, 금속계열 특징을 갖는 메탈 암모니아 및 메탈아민 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 발명이다. 또한 조성된 화합물을 응용하여 상온은 물론 저온에서도 절연체로 이용가능하며 준금속특징에서 갖는 열전 현상을 이용하여 열전체로 이용가능하며 금속 특징에서 갖는 전기적 특성을 이용하여 전기전도도가 우수한 도체 물질로 이용 가능하도록 하는 화합물의 응용에 관한 발명이다.
