- Abstract
- 본 발명은 기존의 PDMS 패터닝 방법의 한계점을 극복하기 위한 방법으로, PDMS 상에 포토레지스트 및 금속 박막과 같은 에칭 마스크를 형성한 후 식각을 진행하여 PDMS를 패터닝하는 기존 RIE 기법과 다르게 보조기판 상에 포토레지스트를 패터닝한 후, PDMS를 도포하여 경화하고, RIE 기법으로 상부의 PDMS를 제거하여 포토레지스트의 상면을 노출시킨 후, 포토레지스트를 제거하여 PDMS를 패터닝하는 방법으로, 전극 또는 기타 패턴들과의 정렬이 가능하고 PDMS와 포토레지스트 간의 물리, 화학적 특성 차이로 인해 발생하는 패턴의 손상을 최소화할 수 있는 공정 기법을 제공한다.
