- 본 발명은 기미 발생 억제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명에서는 H19 microRNA (miRNA)의 발현양이 기미를 가진 사람의 색소침착 병변 부위에서 저하되고, H19 microRNA 의 발현 억제는 기미를 발생시키는 티로시나제의 발현양을 증가시킴을 확인하고, H19 microRNA 을 유효성분으로 함유하는 기미 발생 억제용 조성물을 제공한다.
