- 본 발명은 보조 기판 상에 형성된 시드층과 산화아연 나노구조체를 신축성 기판으로 부분적으로 캡슐화되도록 중합체를 도포 및 경화하여 신축성 기판 내에 산화아연 나노구조체가 캡슐화된 채 상기 구조체에 손상 없이 보조 기판에서 제거하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 분리된 신축성 기판의 상면에 노출된 시드층을 기반으로 산화아연 나노구조체를 추가 성장하는 방법을 제시한다.
