Abstract
아직은 기미관련한 연구가 드문 primary cilia와의 연관성을 확인하고, cilia 생성에 관여하는 IFT88이 하부 신호체계인 hedgehog 경로의 중요인자인 GLI1를 통하여 각질형성세포의 분화 및 생소생성을 증가시킴을 밝힌 논문으로 기미의 맞춤치료를 관련인자를 추가하였음.
