- 본 발명은 동일한 인장 상태에서 덤벨 형상과 하드 폴리머층으로 저항 변화를 최소화한 접합 전극층과 극대화된 저항 변화를 갖는 신축성 전극층을 포함하는 인장 센서 및 이의 공정 방법을 제공한다. 또한 공정 과정에서 신축성 소재 기판의 변형을 최소화 하기 위해 보조 기판과 희생층을 사용하는 공정 방법을 제시한다.
