- Abstract
- 본 발명은 암 전이 활성을 저해하는 신규 화합물, 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 신규 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 전이 억제제 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화합물은 HIF-1 활성을 저해하여 암 전이 활성 활성을 나타내어, 대장암, 간암, 위암 및 유방암 등의 다양한 고형암 질환의 치료제로 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 화합물은 저산소 상태에서 HIF-1에 의해 EMT 조절인자 Twist의 발현이 감소되어 암 전이를 억제하는 전이암 치료제의 유효성분으로 사용될 수 있다.
