- Abstract
- 세포내 멜라닌은 멜라닌세포에서의 멜라닌생성을 증가시키거나, 생성된 멜라닌의 주위 각질형성세포로의 이동이 증가하거나 멜라닌의 분해가 생성에 비하여 저하될 경우 피부에 존재하는 멜라닌양이 증가함으로써 과색소침착이 유발될 수 있음. 과색소피부질환의 대표적인 기미는 다양한 기전에 의하여 발생하는데 멜라닌세포내에서 생성된 멜라닌소체의 수송에 초기 엔도조옴(early endosome)내 존재하는 Rab5A가 관여하며 이 유전자는 miR-576의 타겟임을 규명하였음.
