- 본 발명은 PEDOT:PSS 박막을 전자소자에 적용함에 있어, PEDOT:PSS에 영향을 주지 않으며 값싸고 간단한 방법(라미네이션과 커팅 플로터)으로 패턴화 된 필름 마스크를 PEDOT:PSS 상에 형성하므로 빠르고 저렴하게 PEDOT:PSS 패턴을 형성하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
