| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 4 input comparator를 사용한 Two-Step SS-ADC에 적용 하는 것을 기본으로 하며 ?Two-Step 구조에서 발생하는 이득 오차를 제안 회로를 통해 보정 하고자 한다. ?또한 모든 column에 대해 개별적으로 에러 보정이 가능하다. ?이는 이미지 센서의 선형성 향상과 FPN을 감소 시키는 결과를 기대할 수 있다. ?본 발명에서는 이를 위해 self-calibration 회로와 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 최소 면적으로 상기의 목적을 달성하고자 하였다. ?본 발명의 회로 및 알고리즘은 다른 two-step column ADC에도 적용 될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. | - |
