- 본 발명은 차세대 이동통신 시스템을 위해서 IoT(Internet of Things)를 구현할 때 하나의 기지국에서 더 많은 MTC(Machine Type Communication) 디바이스를 수용하기 위한 것이다. 또한 MTC 디바이스들의 생존 기간을 늘리기 위하여 채널 상태가 나쁜 디바이스의 충돌 확률을 줄인다.
