- 본 발명은 우수한 항암활성을 가지는 화학식 1로 표시되는 신규한 4-(아릴)-N-(3-알콕시퓨로[3,2-b]피라진-2-일)-피페라진-1-카복스아미드 유도체 및 이의 항증식 효과 유도체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기 등록한 발명의 범위를 확대하여 신규 약물성 골격인 싸이에노[2,3-b]피라진을 개발하여 새로운 개념의 4-(아릴)-N-(2-알콕시싸이에노[2,3-b]피라진-3-일-4-아릴피페라진-1-카복스아마이드 유도체, 그 제조방법, 및 그 항암활성 효과에 관한 것이다.
