- 본 발명의 목적은 전극과 반도체층 사이의 트랩이 줄어들게 하여 소자의 성능이 향상시킬 수 있는 박막트랜지스터를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 다른 목적은 전극과 반도체성 사이에 접촉저항을 낮출 수 있는 박막트랜지스터를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 p타입 특성 및 n타입 특성이 모두 잘 나올 수 있는 좋은 성능의 박막트랜지스터를 제공하는 데 있다.
