- 본 발명은 고수의 에탄올 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 알츠하이머성 치매의 예방 및 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 생약추출물은 퇴행성 뇌신경세포의 사멸을 억제하며, 초파리 알츠하이머 동물 모델에서 베타 아밀로이드(Aβ42)에 의한 발달저해, 눈과 뇌세포 사멸, 운동성 이상을 억제하여 뇌조직에 대한 신경보호효과를 나타내므로 알츠하이머성 치매에 대하여 예방 및 치료에 탁월한 효과를 가진다.
