- Abstract
- 본 발명은 autoshading 기능 및 도수 조절 기능, active shutter 기능을 갖는 고분자 분산 액정 렌즈 및 소자의 중합 유도 상분리 (PISP, Polymerization Induced Phase Separation) 제작 공정에서 UV 경화시 발생하는 많은 열에 의하여 중합 과정에서 온도가 상승하고 그 결과 중합 유도 상분리가 효율적이지 못하게 진행되어 고분자 분산 액정 렌즈 및 소자의 구동전압에 따른 광투과율 및 반응 속도 등의 전기광학적 특성이 퇴화되는 공정을 개선하여 구동 전압을 낮추고 반응 속도를 빠르게 하는 등의 전기 광학 특성을 개선하기 위한 내용이다.
