- Abstract
- 본 발명에서는 임피던스 매칭을 시스템이 연동되는 상황에서 자동으로 설정해주는 내용을 포함하고 있다. 본 발명에서는 현재의 R-L-C를 통한 임피던스 매칭 기술이 요구되며, R-L-C 값을 계산하고, Programming 할 수 있는 Process 기능부, R-L-C가 gate array되어 있는 집적회로 기술이다. 현재 R-L-C gate array 집적회로부는 Programmable Logic Device(PLD)와 유사하다.
