- 본 발명은 최근 들어 사용이 급증하는 미생물 형 time-temperature integrator (TTI) 중 lactic acid bacteria 를 기본으로 이용하는 TTI 를 개발할 때 지시약을 최적으로 선택하여 색 변화 반응 메커니즘을 0차 반응으로 조절하는 방법을 제공함으로써, 미생물 형 TTI 뿐 아니라 지시약을 이용한 TTI 개발 시 효과적인 지시약의 선택을 위한 기준을 제공할 수 있도록 한다.
