- Abstract
- 본 발명은 주요 미생물농약균주 Bacillus thuringiensis와 식중독균 Bacillus cereus를 구분검출하는 방법으로 molecular chaperonin 유전자 groEL과 δ-endotoxin의 cry 유전자에 특이적인 각각의 primer set와 TaqMan probe를 제작, 이를 이용하여 multiplex PCR 및 multiplex real-time PCR 분석법을 통해 생화학적방법으로 구분이 어려운 두 균을 보다 신속하고 간단하게 구분, 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
