- 본 발명은 Gerber 파일로부터 참조모델을 생성할 때 정밀도에 따라 해상도가 달라지며 고정밀을 요구하는 경우 참조모델 전체 이미지의 생성시간에 매우 큰 시간이 소요되므로 특정영역의 부분 이미지로 여러 부분의 이미지를 생성하여 검사를 할 때 Gerber포맷 파일에서 지정 영역의 부분 이미지의 내용만을 표현하는 Gerber 포맷 파일을 변환,추출하는 기술이다.
