- 본 발명은 인대 및 건 재생을 위한 지지체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 지지체는 생분해가 가능하여 부가적인 제거수술이 필요하지 않고, 직조된 실크가 사용되어 조직 재생 및 기계적 물성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 천연 고분자만으로 구성되어 이식시 문제시되는 면역반응을 유발시키지 않아 생체적합성이 우수하여 인대 또는 건의 재생뿐만 아니라 정형외과 영역의 근육재건용 기질로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
