The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming game development by introducing new methods for content creation, character interaction, and system automation. This study investigates the application and scalability of three representative AI technologies—Voyager, Generative Agents, and NVIDIA ACE—within modern game design. It aims to assess how these systems can address inefficiencies in traditional workflows and support the creation of more adaptive, personalized, and dynamic game experiences. Employing a qualitative approach that combines case analysis with comparative evaluation, the research examines each technology’s operational mechanism, developmental role, and design implications. Voyager enables autonomous world exploration and modular skill reuse, Generative Agents simulate memory-driven, socially responsive non-player character (NPC) behaviors, and NVIDIA ACE facilitates emotionally expressive, multimodal dialogue. The analysis identifies key strengths such as improved development efficiency, richer narrative engagement, and real-time interactivity, while also addressing challenges related to computational cost, behavioral coherence, and ethical risks like privacy and bias. This study contributes both theoretically and practically by offering a strategic framework for responsibly integrating AI into game production, enhancing scalability and user immersion while highlighting implementation trade-offs and future research directions.-
