- Abstract
- 본 연구는 경북도청 신도시 지역의 변화를 인구와 산업 측면에서 고찰한 것으로, 신도시 거주민들의 거주 만족도와지역 정체성 인식에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 설문조사를 통해 실증 분석한 것이다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경북도청 신도시 거주민들의 거주 만족도에는 경제적, 환경적 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 신도시의문화적, 사회적, 도시계획 요인은 거주 만족도에 미치는 영향이 크지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 거주민들의 지역 정체성에대한 인식은 지리･경관적 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있다.
