- Abstract
- 서구의 공공행정학 분야와 정책학 관련 학문공동체 내에서 혼성 거버넌스(또는 혼성 조직)와 정책디자인에 대한 열띤 토론과 심층 분석에도 불구하고 해당 주제에 대한 국내 학계의 논의는 상대적으로 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문은 서구 공공행정학 분야에서 학문적 쟁점으로 부각되고 있는 혼성 거버넌스와 정책디자인 관련 핵심 내용과 관련 쟁점 및 향후 연구 의제 등을 포괄적으로 검토함으로써 ‘정책ㆍ거버넌스 분야 연구의 미래 방향 탐색’ 담론 활성화를 위한 기초 자료와 기본적 개념적 이해를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 시도는 교육행정학의 학문성장과 지식발전을 위한 선제적인 학문공동체 연찬 노력으로 간주될 필요가 있다.
