상담사의 자기돌봄 인식에 관한 주관성 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 Q방법론을 적용하여 상담사의 자기돌봄에 관한 주관성을 유형화하고 그 유형별 특성을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 선행논문과 심층면접을 통해 40개의 진술문을 도출하였으며 Q진술문들을 PC QUANL 프로그램을 이용하여 Q요인 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 네 가지 유형으로 분류되었고, 1유형은 자기돌봄이 전문상담사로서 성장의 기회라고 생각하는 ‘전문 역량 증진형’, 2유형은 정서적 알아차림이 생활화된 ‘내면 자각 중시형’, 3유형은 직업적 만족감이 높으면 그것이 곧 자기돌봄이라 인식하는 ‘일 중심 지향형’, 4유형은 예방과 회복을 위해서 노력하며 현재 자기돌봄을 잘 실행한다고 보고한 ‘자기돌봄 실천형’으로 명명하였다. 본 연구는 상담사의 자기돌봄에 관해 유형별로 나타나는 인식을 확인 할 수 있었으며 유형별 특성과 행동의 이해를 돕고, 궁극적으로 상담사의 삶의 질을 높이는데 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 기여하였다. | - |
