| dc.description.abstract | 정신질환 치료명령 대상자의 재범을 예측 및 재범위험성 분류 등급의 근거로 활용할 수 있는 도구인 RAMDO(Risk Assessment for Mentally Disordered Offenders)를개발하였다. 구체적으로 전국 54개 지역의 보호관찰소에서 치료명령 처분을 받은 치료명령 대상자 207명의 개인적 특징과 위험요인을 수집하고 문항들을 추출했다. 척도를 개발한 후, K-PRAI-R 및 다른 도구들과의 비교 분석을 통해 공존 및 구성 타당도 그리고 효용성을 위한 절단점을 알아보았다. RAMDO는 14개 문항이며 정적 요인, 동적 요인, 위험관리 요인 등 총 3개의 하위 요인으로 구성되었다. 추출된 문항들의 보호관찰 기간 내 재범 적중률은 80.2%이었으며, ROC 분석을 통해 알아본 결과, AUC는 .80으로 재범/비재범 집단을 유의미하게 분류해 주는 것으로 나타났다. 척도의 절단점은 9점 이상일 때 민감도와 특이도의 합이 최대가 되었다. 상-중-하 삼분위로 분류할 경우 6점과 17점이 변별기준점으로 제안되었다. 마지막으로 연구의의의와 제한점을 논의하였다 | - |
