Deleuze's deterritorialized concept of a 'lisse space' does not rely on existing methods but instead offers a new perspective; suggesting an innovative potential towards changing space and time. In this project; the participating students connnected with the local community through interviews. A logo projector was used to express such connection; this attempt brought forth light to the eyes of the people in the midst of a dark city. The projected images in the dull streets of the city are symbols of the forgotten hopes and dreams of the local people; and were created through the personal connection made between the students and the locals. This project expresses a new space through the light projected on the existing space which also represents the creation of a smooth space in another dimension.

- 본 연구에서는 질 들뢰즈의 '매끈한 공간' 개념을 이론적 배경으로 분석하고, 공공미술의 맥락적인 접근과, 이를 통한 효과적인 방법론인 미디어 아트의 적용방안 도출과 실행을 다루었다. 들뢰즈의 탈영토적 개념인 ‘매끈한 공간’은 기존의 보편적인 방식에 의존하지 않는 새로운 방향을 제시하는 것으로, 변화하는 시공간에 대한 혁신적 가능태를 의미한다. 본 프로젝트에 참여한 학생들과 해당지역 주민들은 인터뷰를 통한 교감으로 연결되었다. 또한 예술적 교감의 표현도구로 로고젝터가 사용되었다. 이러한 시도는 어두운 도시 공간 속 불특정 관객들에게 시각적 활기를 제공해 주었다. 획일적이고 침체되어 있는 도시골목에 투사된 이미지들은 해당 지역주민들과의 교감으로 생성된 것들이고, 그들의 꿈과 희망에 대한 상호 교감의 상징이었다. 이는 기존의 공간 위에 투사된 빛으로 새로운 공간을 표현한 것으로, 탈영토의 다른 차원의 매끈한 공간 생성을 의미한다.
