Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between self-management and physical self-efficacy in middle-aged women with social body anxiety. To this end, middle-aged women living in Busan were selected as the population and used as the final research data for 355 people as a useful collection. The data processing of this study analysis was conducted using SPSS 24.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the results. First, the negative body type evaluation of middle-aged women's social body type anxiety has a negative effect on training management, and physical expression satisfaction has a positive effect on training management, interpersonal management, mental management, and body management. Second, social shape anxiety and negative body shape evaluation of middle-aged women were found to have a positive effect on physical ability efficacy, and negative effects on self-expression efficacy. Physical expression satisfaction has been shown to have a negative effect on physical ability efficacy and a positive effect on self-expression efficacy. Third, middle-aged women's self-management has negative effects on their sense of physical ability, while training, interpersonal management, and mental management have positive effects on their sense of self-expression.
