| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 에니어그램을 활용한 상담에 기반한 질적 연구(단일사례연구)로 미국 유학 중인 한국인 대학생의 대인관계 개선 사례를 살펴본다. 총 5회기, 1회기 당 120분 진행, 총 10시간으로 진행된 심리상담을 통해 미국에 유학하며 한국 및 미국 문화에 노출된 연구참여자가 프로그램을 거치며 자기 이해, 타인 이해, 대인관계 개선과 관련하여 어떤 변화를 경험하는지 검토한다. 본 연구는 연구참여자가 에니어그램 성격유형의 특성과 내용을 충분히 이해하고, 스스로 통찰하는 과정을 거치며 대인관계 변화에필요한 사고·감정·행동 방식을 개선하였음을 보고한다. 이 연구는 에니어그램을 활용하여 심리상담 개입방법으로 개인의 다양한 목표 설정을 돕는 임상 기초 자료를 현장에 제공할 수 있다. | - |
