- Abstract
- 본 연구는 ChatGPT 사용자의 인지적 개방성이 인지된 혜택(실용적 혜택, 정서적 혜택)과 인지된 위험을 매개로 서비스 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한, AI 리터러시 수준이 이러한 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지를 조사했다. 연구는 ChatGPT와의 직접 상호작용을 포함한 오프라인 실험을 통해 진행되었으며, 216명의 참가자가 참여한 실험과 설문조사는 30분 동안 실시되었다. 연구결과, 인지적 개방성이 ChatGPT 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 효과는 인지된 혜택(실용적 혜택, 정서적 혜택)에 의해 매개되었다. 반면, 인지적 개방성이 ChatGPT 지속 사용의도에 미치는 효과는 인지된 위험에 유의한 매개 효과를 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지적 개방성이 인지된 혜택(실용적혜택, 정서적 혜택)과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 효과도 AI 리터러시 수준에 의해 조절되었다. 마지막으로 인지적개방성이 인지된 혜택(실용적 혜택, 정서적혜택)을 매개로 ChatGPT 지속 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 AI 리터러시에 의한 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다.
