- Abstract
- 2000년대 초반 국가의 양성평등 과제를 실현하기 위하여 성인지예산 및 성별영향평가제도와 같은 성주류화 정책이 도입되었다. 성주류화 정책이 시행되고 운영되어 왔지만 정책의 실효성에 대한 지속적인 문제 제기가 있어왔다. 특히 성인지예산 및 성별영향평가 제도에 대한 국민의 인식도가 부족하다는 지적이 있어왔다. 이는 성주류화 정책의 리터러시가 낮다는 것을 의미한다. 정책 리터러시란 특정 정책에 대한 국민의 이해도와 지식수준을 나타내는 개념으로 본 연구는 성주류화 정책의 리터러시가 사회적기업의 일-가정 양립제도의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 분석결과 성주류화 정책의 리터러시가 높을수록 일-가정 양립 경영활동 수준이 증가하고 그 결과 유연근무 및 육아휴직제도의 운영의 효과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
