- Abstract
- 본 연구는 신체기능 제한 노인의 노인주거시설 이용 욕구를 평가하였다. 또한 공적돌봄과 가족 돌봄의 이용 경험이 신체기능 제한 수준과 노인주거시설의 이용 욕구와의 연관성에 미치는 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 2017년 노인실태조사에서 ADL이나 IADL 장애가 한 가지 이상 있는 65세 이상 노인 2,902명이다. 분석 결과, ADL과 IADL 장애 수준이 높을수록 노인주거시설의 이용 욕구가 유의하게 낮았다. 공적돌봄과 가족 돌봄 이용 경험은 노인주거시설의 이용 욕구와 부적 연관성을 나타냈다. 한편 공적돌봄 이용 경험은 ADL과 IADL 장애 수준과 노인주거시설의 이용 욕구와의 연관성을 매개하였으나, 가족 돌봄 이용 경험은 IADL 장애 수준과 노인주거시설의 이용 욕구와의 연관성만을 매개하였다. 이 결과는 신체기능 제한 노인을 위한 공적돌봄의 지원 확대와 함께, 지역사회 내 노인주거시설 제공체계 구축으로 촘촘한 연속보호체계형 노인주거 보호 체계를 구축할 필요성을 제시한다.
