- Abstract
- 2008년 금융위기 그리고 2020년 코로나19 위기와 같은 시스템리스크에 준 하는 예외적인 금융위기가 발생할 경우 막대한 경제적 비용이 발생하게 된다. 따라서 금융위기 발생 시 위기전염을 방지하고 금융기관 부실화를 사전에 차 단하기 위하여 선제적 또는 예방적인 자금지원제도를 도입할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 해외 경험과 기존 연구를 통하여 선제적 자금지원체계의 도입 필요성에 대해 알아본 후 동 제도의 우리나라 세부 도입방안에 대하여 살펴 본다.
