외국인 유학생의 학업역량 제고를 위한 교과목 개발 사례 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 외국인 유학생의 성공적인 대학적응과 기초수학능력 제고를 위한 교과목을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 외국인 유학생이 수학능력 부족으로 전공학업 수행에 어려움을 겪고 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이나 필요한 교육이나지원은 부족한 상황이다. 이에 ADDIE 모형에 따라 교과목을 개발하였으며 구체적인 절차는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석단계에서는 유학생 학업 현황 선행연구, 외국인 유학생 및 유학생 이해관계자들을 대상으로 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 통해학업적응에 필요한 역량을 도출하였다. 둘째, 설계단계에서는 유학생에게 필요한 역량을 기반으로 교육내용을 설계하였고 셋째, 개발단계에서는 수업 운영을 위한 수업 교재, 수업 자료 및 교안을 개발하였다. 넷째, 적용단계에서는 외국인유학생 신입생들을 대상으로 한 학기 동안 시범운영을 하였으며, 마지막으로 시범운영 결과를 평가하고 개선할 점을검토하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교과목은 유학신입생들에게 대학 학업에 필요한 맞춤형 교육을 제공함으로써 추후전공학업에서 조기적응을 기대할 수 있다. 또한 대학에는 중장기적으로 유학생의 중도 탈락을 낮추고 안정적인 유학생관리에도 기여할 것이다. | - |
